By accessing and using the 1red Dating mobile application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App:

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 1red Dating, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

Disclaimer

The information on this App is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1red Dating excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms relating to our App and the use of this App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
